The Lotus Fairies

Ages 7 and Up. This story recounts the myth of the five lotus sisters and their mission to bring the magic water down to Earth so as to stop drought and help the all that they loved on the planet. They go against the will of heaven though, and soon the Queen of the West catches wind of their sneaky and clever plan. The book is short and sweet, telling the story in a direct way. The illustrations are very colorful and lend the book and bright and imaginative quality.
