Tokai Trail Waterfall

This waterfall is along the Tokai Trail, which is equivalent to the Appalachian Trail of Japan, which stretches from Kansai area all the way to Japan. This magnificent waterfall is actually a product of water being channeled through the waterways artificially. Initially the fall was a product of nature, but with the construction of a tunnel nearby, the natural waterway is now damaged and it is said that the artificially pathway that now creates this waterfall will only be continued for 4 years by the company that built the tunnel, after which the fate of the fall is not known. This nevertheless shows the dedication of the Japanese to preserve its natural trials and falls, even with their continual development.
