Ethnic Minority Groups in China is a good curriculum unit for secondary and college students to learn about the ethnicities and diversities in China. This unit offers students a chance to learn and examine the experiences and challenges of another country's ethnic groups while comparing the domestic diversity challenges of our own. It also provides students with some good information about the geographic distribution, history, language, culture of various Chinese ethnic minority groups, as well as the policies of the Chinese government in dealing with the minority groups. However, some of the supplementary materials in this unit, such as photos, were outdated.
